Primavera Error – Privaliged Username Password

Sometimes when using Primavera or the Primavera Integration API you can get the error mentioned below:
Unable to Resolve Privileged Username and Password Error
Failed Logon.com.jnetdirect.jsu.u:
TCP/IP Connection failed to host
…and blah blah blah. A long winded error, but how do you fix this?
