GBA Projects provides a qide range of services to a varying number of industries and organisations. Subsequently, the past projects we have worked on has allowed us to provide clients with Project Analysis and Project Health Check services. These project health checks can be run at several levels:

Level 1: General Check-Up
For a small fee we put a schedule (MS Project 2003, 2007 or Open plan) through the Schedule Doctor (for more information click here). Based on our own world class Scheduling Rules a report will be produced.

Level 2: Full Examination
For nervous sick projects, we perform a Level 1 scan and also take it to a technical level where we examine the activities from a qualitative perspective (i.e., have you put the slab down and allowed time for setting and treatment). A lot more involved.

Level 3: CAT Scan (internal examination)
The project does the project align well to the business strategies/objectives and project methodologies. (This is a full check-up for everything).

Level 4: Cosmetic Surgery
Project Information System check-up where we examine the installed systems, configurations and make suggestions for improvement.
