Screenshots
Below are a few screenshots for the Schedule Doctor. This page runs you through the various screens currently available in release candidate one.
This screen shows the analysis window for an MS Project 2003 (2007 is similar) analysis.
Noteably, you can select a few options for the package specific analysis such as the baseline in use and which set of dates to use in the comparison.
Clicking ‘Analyse’ will leave this screen open and run the analysis in the background
Once an analysis is run, the report view window will appear allowing you to view the options applied during the anlaysis, the score and more importantly, the results themselves!
The report can be printed, viewed, previewed and copied to Microsoft Word for editing!
You can also check your schedule for syntax. Some companies like to ensure that the schedules produced include verbs, proper milestone names and task name length.
This settings screen allows you to customise your settings for this specific health check.
As with any program there are numerous settings available. This settings window allows you to set options for the various health checks.
So if your project schedule is rather large, you can choose to evaluate your program one health check at a time.
You can turn checks on or off using the checkboxes provided, making it easier for you to understand your analysis.
