Throughout this time, our knowledge has been captured through our EPCM Framework. The Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Framework summarises our capabilities through various flowcharts, guidelines, standard forms and procedures that ensure successful project delivery.

The EPCM Framework details the relevant processes and procedures that need to be followed from Project Startup through to Project Closure. The Framework is delivered to users through:

We at GBA Projects understand that not all organisations and projects are the same, therefore, EPCM Manager allows for an organisation’s portfolio management team to either utilise the methodology as standard practice, or customise the methodology through the interface itself thus suiting various projects and organisations.
